I lead strategy, implementation and creative direction for communications products and events.
Project highlight: Visioning, production and direction of senior county administrator employee engagement broadcast. Products developed for this initiative included: internal email messaging for office and field crews, employee survey, broadcast script research and development, studio design and leadership debriefing post-event. Participant surveys revealed a majority of employees preferred the broadcast format, leading to adoption of this practice the following year.
